Edit support panel
Click on the side menu, specifically on the "support panels" option (1), an interface will be displayed with all your records (2)
Click on the "view" button
You can edit any option within the ticket configuration, in any tab "settings, panel message, initial message"
As an example we are editing the text of the embed message, which you can preview in the same betsy dashboard (2)
Once you have finished the changes, click the "save" button
If the changes were made successfully a toast success message will be displayed.
