Delete a Support Panel

Once the configuration for a ticket is created you can delete this

Delete a support panel

  1. Click on the side menu, specifically on the "support panels" option (1), an interface will be displayed with all your records (2)

  2. Click on the "view" button

  3. Click the "delete" button

  4. A pop-up window will be displayed, click on the “confirm” button

  5. Notice the success message and that the log is no longer displayed
